Board & Train Videos
Here are just a few of the adorable puppy clients I have the privilege of working with! Young pups are like little sponges, so ready to learn good manners, useful obedience skills, and cooperative care skills.

This Havanese pup stayed with me for 10 days of board & train. Here he shows off his LEAVE IT and DROP skills. His rewards include a treat or an invitation to play with the flirt pole.
With a bit of training, even a dog formerly uncooperative about simple paw handling can learn to relax for the very useful nail-dremeling task. It took 2 weeks of steady training to achieve this.
One of the skills I worked on with this darling pup during his board & train program was ringing bells when he needed to go outside. This video shows one of his early successes.
This precious chihuahua was one of my board & train clients. She is learning, by shaping and capturing, how to go to her doggie bed.
This lovely doodle learned a chin rest during his board & train program while learning to calmly accept eye wiping. Previous to staying with me, his family had taught him a "paw" trick, which is why you see him offering that when I present my hand for chin targeting.
This board & train Frenchie had a naturally rough play style that can be irritating to softer dogs. So my dog, Bond, and I worked on helping Bogey learn to soften up his play. (One skill he learned was to come when called, and this allowed me to create lots of play breaks to manage his arousal.) Notice the difference from the first video to the next. Bond's vocalizations in the first video are typical when he finds play irritating or a bit overwhelming.
